The Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) at Central Sanskrit University, Jaipur Campus was inaugurated in 2024 in alignment with the vision of the National Education Policy 2020.
It is a 4-year integrated undergraduate programme that combines Shastri equivalent to Bachelor’s degree in Arts (B.A) with Shiksha-Shastri equivalent to Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), specifically designed to nurture future educators with a strong foundation in pedagogy, values, technology, and Sanskrit.
Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) aims to produce holistically trained, value-oriented, and technology-enabled teachers who are well-versed in both Indian knowledge systems and modern educational practices.
